Farm Out
Executed a Farm Out with a large independent operator to meet near-term leasehold obligations. Operator received a carry on the wells that Alchemist drilled, completed, and produced. Wells were spud 13 weeks after the initial agreement of deal terms.

Non-Operated Development Capital
Provided development capital to a private operator. Alchemist acquired 50% of operator’s interest in a 2-well pad to help expedite development & provide liquidity.
Term Assignment
Executed a Term Assignment with a large independent operator to bring value forward on HBP leasehold where the operator was also the mineral owner. Alchemist spud the first well 10 weeks after the execution of the Term Assignment.
Private Credit
Alchemist provided a Second Lien Term Loan to a private oil and gas company that allowed the company to refinance debt and provided liquidity for future operations.
